SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. -- Someone used a church in Shelbyville for target practice.The International House of Prayer is left holding a bill for $4,000 after someone shot a pellet gun at their front windows. One of the windows shattered.It happened in the middle of the morning Monday.The pastor said they are praying for the vandals.
