NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- About 4 million inflatable baby floats made by Aqua Leisure are being recalled.

There have been dozens of reports where the seats have torn and children have slipped into the water.

Simplicity is recalling about 400,000 of its drop-side cribs. The cribs' hardware can break and form a gap where a child could get stuck.

These are the same cribs that were recalled a couple years ago after an infant died.
