COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- The personal information of several people got thrown out in the trash.A man found a stack papers in a Cookeville garbage dump. They were from a tattoo parlor and contained people's names, addresses and photo copies of their driver's licenses.They even listed the descriptions and locations of the people's tattoos.The man who found the information turned it over to police.Officers said the tattoo parlor is no longer in business.
