NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Kelley Cannon, a Green Hills woman accused of killing her estranged husband last year, asking for $20 million for her three children.Cannon's late husband Jim's divorce attorney filed the lawsuit Friday.A housekeeper found Jim Cannon strangled to death in his home a year ago.The couple was in the middle of a contentious divorce.The lawsuit seeks to make up for the income Jim Cannon would have made if he had survived.The couple's three children now live with Jim Cannon's sister.
