FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- A Franklin man is facing charges after he tried to get away from police.

An officer saw Morgan Luck's vehicle drive up on a curb on Carothers Parkway early Sunday morning.

Luck was pulled over, but as officers walked up to his car, he took off.

Two police cars chased him with lights and sirens on, but Luck refused to stop until he pulled into his own driveway.

The 28-year-old faces DUI and evading arrest charges.
