NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The family of a prisoner who died in a Metro jail wants to know if he was properly treated for pneumonia.The Tennessean reported that the family of Terry Battle has hired an attorney to get answers from Corrections Corporation of America.The state medical examiner said Battle died June 3 while in CCA custody, a day after he saw the prison doctor. This latest case again puts CCA in a harsh light.The Nashville-based prison company has already faced questions in the death of another inmate at the south Nashville facility.Four guards were accused of beating to death inmate Estelle Richardson in 2004, but they were later cleared of charges.
