SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. -- A judicial commissioner in Bedford County won't be setting any bonds while he's serving his own jail time.

Billy Hardin has pleaded guilty to simple assault and patronizing prostitution near a school, according to the Shelbyville Times Gazette.

Hardin was arrested and charged in March after investigators caught him on tape soliciting a woman for sex.

Hardin will serve two weeks in the Moore County Jail followed by probation.
