CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- Clarksville police said they have arrested a man who is accused of using a dog to attack his girlfriend.According to investigators, Scott Murphy and his girlfriend got into an argument at their home on Tuesday night.Murphy is accused of holding the woman down while encouraging his pit bull to attack her.The victim was bitten several times. The dog was in custody of animal control.
Murphy was arrested in Oak Grove, Ky., and awaiting extradition back to Tennessee.
