A group of explorers in Bellevue are safe Tuesday morning after they had to be rescued overnight.

Authorities said three men were exploring Parachute Cave, located just off Heath Road and Highway 70, when one of the explorers slipped and hit his head during a 20 foot fall.

Rescue crews lifted him to safety and rushed him to the hospital. He is expected to be alright.

The other two explorers were not hurt.
