NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- It took a year of legal wrangling, but a teenager accused of killing a south Nashville store clerk was back in Nashville on Friday.Canadian officials turned over 17-year-old Nasser Mohammed Muhsin to a deputy U.S. marshal late Thursday night. The marshal flew with Muhsin back to Nashville.Muhsin was immediately taken to juvenile detention and charged with a string of crimes, including criminal homicide.Police said Muhsin was the gunman during a robbery in which a clerk was killed at the Omid Market two years ago.Muhsin was named as a suspect last May and surrendered to police in Alberta, Canada two months later.Muhsin's surrender led to a series of extradition hearings before he could be brought back to the custody of Metro police.
