CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- A man from Clarksville was arrested on Monday on child pornography charges.The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said authorities in Florida notified them that Charles Todd, 21, was chatting online about molesting children and e-mailing child pornography.The TBI said they have been on this case for a while and made the arrest.Todd is awaiting extradition to Florida.
