SPRING HILL, Tenn. -- The current money crunch is bringing a property tax back to Spring Hill, which hasn’t existed in three years.Prosperity a few years ago led to the repeal of property taxes.On Monday night, city leaders approved a 60-cent property tax rate for every $100 of assessed value.Residents should look for the new bills in September.
