MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- A proposed Bible Park won't be built in Rutherford County, but there are still ramifications over the proposal.Channel 4's news partners at the Murfreesboro Post reported that the family that owns land in the Blackman community is now suing the county because the sale of their land was stopped.Developer Armon Bar-Tur wanted to build his park in Blackman, but residents against the park started a petition that forced a change in the zoning vote.In the spring, county commissioners voted against the park. The developer is now looking at other possible sites, including land in Wilson County.
