SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. -- Police have gathered more evidence in the case of a Bedford County judicial commissioner who is accused of some wrongdoing, police said.

Police said they have audio recordings of Billy Hardin negotiating prices with a woman for sex acts.

Officers said he was partially undressed when officers entered the woman’s home.

Hardin is charged with official misconduct, sexual battery and soliciting prostitution.

He is currently suspended without pay pending the outcome of the case.
