A Glencliff High School student is facing criminal charges after a botched senior prank.

Metro officers said the 17-year-old girl broke into the school for the prank, which involved water balloons.

Police were called to the school when a security alarm went off.

Authorities said when they arrived, the girl did not respond to their demands to come out of the building.

Police then sent in a K-9 unit, which grabbed the girl, but authorities said she was not hurt.

The prankster will be charged with trespassing.
