Police said Michael Sadler refused to pay his towing bill and became disorderly before taking off from the lot without paying.

A towing company employee called police and told them that Sadler had left the lot and had a gun.

Officers spotted his car on Fourth Avenue, but Sadler led them on a chase for six blocks before he crashed into a sign when he tried to get on the interstate.

Sadler was arrested and is being charged with evading police.

A woman was also in the car but will not be charged.
