WINCHESTER, Tenn. -- Dozens of agents from the FBI on Thursday afternoon raided a business in Franklin County.The raid happened at Elliot's company, Elk Valley, which is also known as Elk River Printing Company.Authorities said the owner of the business, Ben Elliot, is accused of stealing thousands of dollars.The company produces mass advertising for car companies.
