Patient Accuses Christopher Smith Of Inappropriate Touching

WINCHESTER, Tenn. -- A middle Tennessee doctor is accused of inappropriately touching one of his patients.

Christopher Smith of Winchester has been charged with sexual battery.

Investigators in Franklin County are looking into whether other patients might have been inappropriately touched.
