MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- Developers of a proposed Bible theme park have filed papers to rezone the land it would be built on.They said they want to build on 282 acres in the Blackman community. The earliest that the rezoning could be approved would be in May.Some residents have voiced their worry about the traffic, noise and property values, but supporters want the jobs and tourists.The park itself would take up 55 acres, parking would need another 58 acres, 10 acres would be devoted to two lakes and 165 more acres would be for buffers, green space and wheat fields.
