NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A Nashville cab driver was sentenced on Monday for trying to run down one of his passengers after an argument over religion.Ibrahim Seikh Ahmed pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault for the incident last year that left a man with a fractured leg and broken pelvis.The victim was a man visiting with a friend from Ohio, and the two had taken a cab ride on their way home from downtown. The argument apparently started over Judaism.A judge will determine how Ahmed will serve his sentence at a sentencing hearing.
