Police sources told Channel 4 News on Friday that bones found a week ago are likely those of Anaylce Guerra.

The information gained by Channel 4 came from four different law enforcement sources who all said that investigators believe it is likely the bones are those of Guerra.

“There's not one day that I don't pray for her; just bring her home, no matter when,” said Analyce’s mother, Eva Guerra. “Sometimes I feel I've passed her."

In an interview with Channel 4 a few weeks ago, Guerra's mother said she thinks her daughter is still alive.

“I still think she's here. I still think she's here in Smyrna,” Guerra said.

Last Friday, some walkers found a human skull near the Stones River Battlefield in Murfreesboro. The next morning, after combing the scene, investigators found more bones.

While no official conclusions have been made, sources told Channel 4 that Analyce Guerra is at the center of their probe.

Analyce Guerra was last seen on April 23, 2006. Her mother said she disappeared while the family was sleeping.

Police searched the apartment complex where Guerra lived and also drained a nearby creek, but nothing was found that could lead them to Analyce.

An anthropologist is also helping investigators with the identification process.

Channel 4 spoke briefly with Analyce's grandmother on Friday, and she said the family is still hopeful and that she feels God has Analyce safe.

Of all of the Amber Alerts issued by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to find missing children, Analyce is the only person who hasn't yet been located.
