FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- Water officials in Franklin said they will shut off water to customers using automatic outdoor sprinklers.The move will affect almost 200 customers.City officials said they are concerned that residents aren't taking the water shortage seriously.They said they may have to ban all lawn watering.
