NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Police said an escaped prisoner who walked away from his work-release job at a Bellevue Waffle House is back in custody.Richard McKeel was found in Memphis and is back in Nashville at the Riverbend Maximum Security Institution. An escape charge will be presented to a grand jury, and he will no longer be eligible for work release.McKeel was serving a 13-year sentence for aggravated robbery and burglary with four years left on his sentence.Prior to his escape, he might have been eligible for early release for good behavior.
