Radioactive Dumping Meeting Set For Tuesday
Residents Will Be Allowed Chance To Speak

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- Murfreesboro residents' next chance to speak about the dumping of radioactive waste at the Middle Point Landfill is coming up soon.The Solid Waste Advisory Committee is holding a public meeting next Tuesday, July 17 at 5:30 p.m. in the Fleming Training Center on Blanton Drive.Right after the meeting, there will be an open public comment period where residents can tell the committee exactly what they think about the dumping.For those who can't make the meeting, comments can be sent to:
