NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- There will be some relief for businesses who are struggling to stay afloat because of low water levels on Lake Cumberland.The small business administration is offering low-interest loans for lake dependent businesses in parts of central and southern Kentucky.Businesses can qualify for loans up to $1.5 million.It is estimated businesses along the lake could lose more than $23 million.
