NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Perry March was back in court for his ongoing custody battle with his former in-laws.Thursday's custody hearing went quickly as a judge ruled March's children, Sammy and Zipora, will stay with Lawrence and Caroline Levine, the parents of Janet March.March wanted his son and daughter to live with his wife in Mexico.The children have been living with the Levines since their father was arrested and charged with murdering his wife, Janet, in 2005.March is now serving 56 years in prison for his wife's murder, plotting to kill her parents and stealing from his former law firm.
