MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- The proposed Bible-based theme park in Rutherford County is not a done deal, according to a Murfreesboro Post report.The chairman of the county's industrial development board told the paper that developers haven't asked for or applied for any incentives.The Blackman community is where developers want to build the park.The park would be open 210 days out of the year.
