Winchester Announces Water Restrictions

Washing Of Cars Prohibited

The lack of rain is leading to water restrictions in Winchester, Tenn.

The city is under a stage two alert, which means watering lawns and gardens are allowed only on certain days at certain times.

There are no washing of cars or other hard surfaces and no filling pools.

Failure to comply with the water shortage/drought management plan will result in warnings or termination of services with reconnection fees applied.
