NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- One state trooper's alleged bragging may cost him his job after a porn actress said he did more than just write her a speeding ticket.
Video: Trooper Accused Of Receiving Favor From Porn ActressBarbie Cummings said she received a speeding ticket earlier this month from state Trooper James Randy Moss."He pulls me over and I was speeding 92 in a 70. I guess that's what the ticket says. We talked, and he searched my car," said Cummings. She said when she got pulled over along a stretch of State Route 840 in Wilson County, she wasn't only speeding, but also she had narcotics and alcohol in the car."He proceeded to tell me what the punishment would be for having narcotics in your car. It would have been a minimal punishment, but I wouldn't have been allowed to leave the state, and I broke down and started crying because I work out of state," said Cummings.
An adult film actress, the 21-year-old woman from Knoxville said Moss threw the drugs away after he looked up her Web site on the laptop in his patrol car.Cummings wrote about being pulled over in a blog on her Web site."I thought it would be a good blog story. (I thought) my fans would love it and they did," she said. But according to her, receiving a speeding ticket wasn't the interesting part of the encounter."He ended up throwing (the drugs) out and not giving me a ticket for it, and I offered him an oral favor as a nice gesture," said Cummings. She said Moss went to a secluded area and claims he later asked if he could tell his friends about her Web site.Cummings believes that is what got him in trouble.Moss was put on administrative leave with pay after an internal complaint was made against him.Cummings said she met with highway patrol investigators a little more than a week ago.She also said she plans on appearing in court next month to address her speeding ticket.
