House Fire Claims Life In West Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- For the second time in two days, a late-night house fire has claimed a life in west Nashville.
This fire broke out at 5603 Louisiana Avenue overnight.Investigators said Cathy Ann Robinson, 42, was inside the building and was killed.Robinson's body was found on a sofa where she was apparently sleeping. Smoke inhalation is the likely cause of death and foul play is not suspected.Police said a full autopsy will be conducted, including toxicology testing, before the death is classified.Neighbors said the woman had just moved into the home just a few days ago.Metro police said the fire appears to be electrical in nature and began near the entrance of the home.
