March Attorney Asks For New Trials

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Legal battles for Perry March continue to play out in Middle Tennessee.March's attorney has now filed motions for new trials in all three of his convictions.On Friday morning, his attorney handed in paperwork asking for a new trial in the case of his theft from a law firm.March's lawyers filed on Thursday for a new murder trial and a new murder conspiracy trial.
March has just begun a 56-year sentence for killing his wife, Janet, in 1996 and trying to hire a hit-man to kill her parents in 2005.
