Judge: No Special Treatment For Perry March

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A federal judge ruled that Perry March will not receive any special treatment in jail.March is attempting to have his children sent to Mexico to live with their stepmother.Because of this request, March asked the court to give him extra time in the law library, more time with a word processor and unlimited copying privileges.Federal Judge Aleta Traugher said March is a convicted felon and must live by Department of Correction rules, and that she will not tell prison officials how much access to materials they should allow their prisoner.
