Farris Denies Girlfriend's Accusations

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A key witness in the Perry March murder trial is in more trouble.Wednesday, the aggravated assault case against Nathaniel Farris was bound over to the grand jury.Farris told the judge he never grabbed, hit or threatened his girlfriend, Kimberly Odell.
EXCLUSIVE: Farris' Girlfriend Explains Alleged AbuseProsecutors provided pictures that showed bruises and scrapes on Odell’s body, however.The couple’s alleged fight started when Farris left Odell’s home with another woman to go to the store.Odell admitted she didn’t like the two leaving together and was worried Farris would violate his electronic monitoring from a previous charge.When he returned, the pair got into an argument.Odell said Farris then held a knife to her throat and slammed her head against the wall.Farris’ attorney said this is simply a case of a woman scorned and accused Odell of seeking revenge because Farris is no longer interested in her.
