Shrimp and Scallops Milanese

1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil
2 oz broccoli
1 oz sliced carrots
1 oz sliced zucchini
1 oz sliced yellow squash
½ cup sliced mushrooms
1 pinch each oregano, basil, black pepper and crushed red pepper
7 medium scallops
7 jumbo shrimp
1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
2 oz brandy
4 oz pre-cooked rigatoni or, for a light dish, serve on wheat pasta
