CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- A Clarksville teenager who was hit by a car and then rescued by a soldier has been released from the hospital.Joshua Castle, 15, left Vanderbilt Medical Hospital on Tuesday and entered a rehab facility.A hospital representative said the teen is in stable condition and will finally be able to breathe on without medical devices.Castle was walking to school when he was hit by a car. Sgt. Major Stephen Blake happened to be passing by and used his field training to make Castle a tourniquet, which doctors said probably saved the boy's life.
