For one day, shoppers can get groceries tax-free at Whole Foods.

As a way to give back to customers on Tax Day, the upscale grocery chain is going tax-free at its stores in Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina and South Carolina.

In Nashville, that's a savings of up to 9.5 percent.

Whole Foods is located in the Hill Center in Green Hills and at Cool Springs in Franklin.
