Clarksville Property Taxes Won't Go Up

City Council Approves $72M Budget; Final Vote Thursday

Homeowners in Clarksville can breathe a bit easier: Their property taxes aren't going up.

The City Council approved a $71 million budget Thursday night.

The mayor said with the economy the way it is, now is not the time to raise the property tax rate.

The final vote on the budget will be next Thursday.
