TBI Investigates Middle Tenn. Mayor

RED BOILING SPRINGS, Tenn. -- The mayor of Red Boiling Springs is under investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

The TBI is looking into financial deals between Mayor Kenneth Hollis and the city.

Channel 4 has learned that the investigation involves the purchase, use and current inventory of city utility department materials including sewer pipe and vehicle tires.
