CENTERVILLE, Tenn. -- A man is in jail and accused of shooting his 14-month-old daughter during an argument with his wife.Police said James Tidwell was holding his wife at gunpoint inside their home in Centerville.Officers said Tidwell fired a shot that hit his daughter in the chest.Tidwell is charged with two counts of especially aggravated kidnapping.
