Vernon Winfrey, Oprah Winfrey’s father, stopped into the Quiznos in Brentwood Sunday to promote his upcoming movie “True Brothers".

Quiznos is one of the sponsors of the movie, which will be shot partly in middle Tennessee.

Winfrey will play the role of Caesar, a Jazz musician who befriends two young boys who escaped the Holocaust in Austria, and found their way to America in the 1950s.

Winfrey said this role will be challenging to him because he’ll have to sing and play the piano.

"I'm gonna have to get me a song, I don't know whether to be a B.B. King or whomever, I think I can imitate pretty good or sing you know," Winfrey said.

"True Brothers" also stars Academy Award winner Olympia Dukakis.

Shooting is expected to begin sometime next year.
