Mojito Shrimp
16/20ct Raw Shrimp cleaned x 1lb
1pt Mojito Syrup
Let shrimp marinate for at least 4hrs. before cooking. Over night marinating for full Mojito flavor. You can grill, sauté, or roast at a high temp.Mojito Simple Syrup
3cp. Brown Cane Sugar
(you can use any sugar you prefer for your house)
1cp. Spiced Rum (you can use any rum you prefer for your house)
1cp Sparkling Water (you can sub for more rum or water)
2oz Mint, Chiffonade
In a saucepan, combine sugar, rum, & sparkling water and wisp together.
Bring mixture to a boil. With a pastry brush of ice-cold water, clean sides of pot from crystals of sugar. Keep at a boil until 250 degrees or soft ball (a thick syrup). Add mint and cool fast.
