WASHINGTON -- Former Tennessee U.S. senator, turned actor, turned presidential candidate, Fred Thompson, has a new gig: He's getting his own radio talk show.Thompson is from Lawrenceburg.His show will be out of Washington and will replace "Radio Factor with Bill O'Reilly."Thompson will talk about politics, pop culture and issues of the day. He'll also have guests and take listener calls.The "Fred Thompson Show" hits the airwaves on more than 125 stations March 2.
