NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A class-action lawsuit filed against Metro by three voters has been dropped.The suit came after two laptops were stolen from the Metro Election Commission, one of which contained the Social Security number of every registered voter in Davidson County.Because the computers have been recovered and the personal information does not appear to have been compromised, the suit was dropped.
