Benefit To Be Held For Drowning Victims

DICKSON, Tenn. -- A benefit for the families of three people who died in a boating accident has drawn so much interest that it will be held in a school parking lot.

A bake sale and auction will be held in memory of Nikki Hartman, Brian Hamilton and Chris James on Saturday at 9 a.m. at Dickson County High School.

The three were boating in Humphreys County with five other people Easter weekend when their boat capsized.

Hamilton made it to shore but went back into the water to save his girlfriend, Nikki, who later died.
