    Thomas Dotson Guilty Of Criminally Negligent Homicide

    DICKSON, Tenn. -- A teenager is sentenced to prison for 15 years for killing a 75-year-old man who was confined to a wheelchair.

    Thomas Dotson was sentenced Monday. He was convicted in November of criminally negligent homicide in the 2006 death of Kenneth Brake.

    Brake was an amputee who used a wheelchair.

    He was shot before his Vanleer home was set on fire.
