NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Centennial Park Conservancy Board discussed on Wednesday a new strategy to revitalize the park.Besides restoring statues and landscaping at the park, there is talk of a new place for musical groups to play that would resemble a landmark in England."There will be, hopefully, a new musical venue much like Speakers Corner in London called Musicians Corner that will have its genesis in the park," said Ben Armistead of the Centennial Park Conservancy Board. The board hopes to have all of the details finalized and ready to present to the city council by the first of the year, if not sooner.
