ASHLAND CITY, Tenn. -- Three people from Ashland City are charged with breaking into stores at a local mall.Police said Ricky Capps, Joshua Newman and Destiny Law admitted to breaking into the Tommy Hilfiger and Maurice’s stores at Prime Outlets in Lebanon.Windows had been broken out of both businesses, investigators said.Police said they found blood from one of the suspects at one store.
