Martin, TN -- (Sports Network) - Lester Hudson exploded for 42 points, nine rebounds and six assists to lead the top-seeded Tennessee-Martin Skyhawks to a 93-75 victory over the eighth-seeded Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles in the quarterfinal round of the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament.

Olajide Hay added 17 points for Tennessee-Martin (22-8), which will take on fourth-seeded Morehead State in Friday's semifinal round. The Skyhawks also got 11 points from Marquis Weddle.

Daniel Northern had 18 points and 12 rebounds in defeat for Tennessee Tech (12-18). Kevin Murphy added 14 points for the Golden Eagles, who got 13 points from Alfred Jones off the bench.

Tennessee-Martin led 43-33 at intermission after limiting Tennessee Tech to 38.9 percent shooting from the field in the first half.

The Skyhawks connected on 63.3 percent of their own field goal attempts over the final 20 minutes as they cruised to victory.

Tennessee-Martin finished the game with 20 assists against only nine turnovers, while Tennessee Tech had just eight assists with 12 giveaways.
