NCAA Game Summary - Tennessee State At Murray State

(Sports Network) - Ivan Aska scored 17 points to lead the third- seeded Murray State Racers to an 88-74 victory over the sixth-seeded Tennessee State Tigers in the quarterfinal round of the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament.

Isaac Miles netted 15 points for Murray State (19-11), which will taken on second-seeded Austin Peay in the semifinal round on Friday.

Gerald Robinson Jr. scored 26 points and eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for his career in defeat for Tennessee State (12-18). The Tigers also got 14 points from Emanuel Gaiter, 13 points from Jerrell Houston and 10 points from Darius Cox.

Murray State led by as many as 11 points in the first half and owned a 45-38 advantage at intermission.

Miles hit a couple of late three-pointers to help the Racers seal the victory after the Tigers had cut their deficit to three points with less than four minutes remaining.

Tony Easley and Danero Thomas pitched in 12 points for Murray State, which got 10 points from Jason McClain.
