Belmont being a Christian school, alcohol on campus is strictly forbidden. But with hundreds expected to attend Tuesday’s debate, they've decided to bend the rules a bit.

Adult beverages will be served in hospitality tents for the media.

That change was just one of several the university had to agree to in order to land the big event.

They also had to agree to cover the more than a million dollars in production expenses, plus millions more to set up facilities, fix up the campus grounds and shuffle around sports and school events.
